TWB is a fully licensed Massachusetts construction manager for over 22 years. From new construction, reconstruction, alteration, repair, removal, or demolition TWB is able to provide permitting for: 

• Buildings of any use containing less than 35,000 cubic feet
• 1- and 2-family dwellings with any additional accessory
• Buildings or structures for agricultural use

Our team employs hoisting engineers directly for projects of all sizes. Our on-staff engineers have the ability and experience to:

• Operate and maintain an assortment of hoisting equipment
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
