The individuals assigned to the project at the award are the staff for both preconstruction and construction activities. There is no handoff or transfer of project responsibility, knowledge and understanding, ie. no gaps or lapses. This approach benefits our clients by providing project continuity from preconstruction into construction.

We have a deep database and network of local construction suppliers, equipment manufacturers, subcontractors and consultants that we work with on our projects. This group provides the depth and resources that we rely on in our contracting efforts.

Our reputation for quality and safety is excellent and our experience with quality control and safety is measurable. We have not had any accidents or claims and our Workman’s Compensation Modification Rate is the lowest possible for a general contractor.
