TWB as the acted as the general contractor for Simon Properties on this historic structural demolition project. Project included the removal of a cast in place concrete swimming pool and fitness center in the basement of the Northshore Mall in Peabody, MA.

TWB showed our strength using all divisions at Kimball Union Academy. This project included the structural takedown of a smoke stack, complete new build of a 7,000 sqft sand and salt shed as well as historical upgrades to many dorms. 

Where retail and office space collide into this massive overhaul of a demolition project. This seven -screen AMC movie theater and three- floor office space, which retail space in between accounted for over 20,000 yards of debris removed by TWB. 

Back to the basics on the white box demolition. Here TWB bringing a Sports Authority back to its core and shell for an upcoming Amazon grocery store. Including the removal and disposal of the entire 40,000 sqft concrete slab.

Fast cars and freedom. TWB on the spot creating a new space for Cadillac of Norwood with both selective interior demolition and structural demolition on this multi-phase project. This dealership remained open and operational during all phases of demolition.  TWB...Rise, Grind and Adapt.

TWB used all division in this showcase of a project. Structural demolition, sitework, concrete foundations, structural steel. One big package and TWB showed up and executed flawlessly. This project transformed the old Kmart into a new World Market in the heart of Assembly Square for Majestic Construction. 

Occupied spaces is when TWB is called most often. This is where you will find the best of strategic demolition with attention to detail. This multi-phased project provided the YMCA with new locker room facilities for the community under the direction and construction of Groom Construction.
