A 14-year U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Eric brings unparalleled attention to detail, discipline, and commitment qualities that define TWB’s high standards.

Hailee Langill, Assistant Project Manager
With a passion for Architecture and Design, Hailee leads every project with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a seamless transition from buyout to completion. Her cost-to-complete methodology keeps TWB’s projects running efficiently and under budget, providing clients with optimized solutions and financial transparency.
Currently advancing her education in architecture and design at New Hampshire Technical Institute, Hailee is also expanding her expertise as an Unrestricted Licensed Massachusetts Construction Supervisor. Her unique blend of technical knowledge and hands-on experience guarantees innovative, well-executed projects that exceed client expectations.
Louis Sapienza, Field Operations Manager
Lou brings a hands-on, all-in approach to every aspect of field operations at TWB, ensuring precision in manpower management, equipment coordination, and subcontractor oversight. As the heartbeat of TWB’s field operations, he keeps projects running efficiently and on schedule.
With over 20 years of experience in construction, Lou exemplifies the "whatever it takes" mentality—delivering solutions, overcoming challenges, and maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and efficiency.
Kevin Langill, Safety Consultant
At TWB, safety is more than a priority—it’s our foundation. Kevin leads the charge in cultivating a culture of education and collaboration, ensuring safety is integrated into every project. As an OSHA Outreach Trainer and a Licensed Massachusetts Construction Supervisor, Kevin has dedicated countless hours to training workers in workplace safety, compliance, and risk prevention.
By developing innovative tracking systems and improved safety protocols, Kevin continuously enhances methods to reduce risks and protect crews. His proactive approach ensures that job site health and safety remain the focus every single day—because at TWB, a safe site is a successful site.
